An accomplished and internationally experienced hotel executive with a distinguished career spanning hospitality and private sector leadership. Currently serving as CEO and Director of Asset Management, with a strong portfolio of industry qualifications and global affiliations.

Successfully asset-managed a prominent portfolio of several  UK hotels, including prestigious properties such as the iconic Four Seasons Hotel London, a high-capacity 895-room hotel at Heathrow Airport, and renowned brands like Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson.

As CEO of Astir Palace Vouliagmeni, Greece’s premier luxury tourist destination, led the transformation and positioning of the resort as a global benchmark in hospitality. The destination now proudly hosts world-renowned brands including the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, Matsuhisa Athens,  Beefbar Athens, Cova , Baggatelle and the retail arcade at the newly renovated marina with brands of LV, Loro Piana, Dior, Gucci, YSL, Bottega Veneta and many more prestigious Maison.

A results-driven and task-oriented hospitality professional with over 35 years of international experience, specializing in hotel operations and financial management. Throughout her career, she held senior executive roles with a strong focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability. Mandy has been recognized by Marriott International with the highest award for Finance Excellence. Holding a degree from Florida International University in the United States, served in key leadership positions, including 13 years as Director of Finance at Marriott International Hotels & Resorts and Chairman of the Board of Marriott Management Company in Greece.  Chief Financial Officer at Asty S.A. Hotels & Tourism Enterprises has also worked with Racal Milgo Electronics in the USA, managing global financial reporting and vendor relations across South America and the Far East.

A 35-year professional in the hospitality industry having held key management positions at 4-star and 5-star hotels in the U.S.A. and Greece, as well as senior consulting and asset management positions at hospitality consulting firm HVS Global Hospitality Services and global real estate investment firm Hines-Greece.

An analytical, detailed-oriented, and results-driven individual, specializing in hotel consultancy and operational asset management, with focus on feasibility studies and hotel financial reporting. Positions held include Director of Operations / Asset Management, Hospitality Asset Manager, Director-Consulting & Valuations, and Financial Controller. His consulting experience has been acquired in Greece, Italy, Morocco, the Caribbean, Cyprus, Turkey, Malta, and the Balkans.

He holds an MBA in Accounting from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University.
